This is an action by Frederick E. Sherman, an infant, to recover damages for injuries allegedly suffered while on board the U.S.S. Portage, a public vessel of the United States, and by his father, Earl Sherman, for medical expenses incurred and to be incurred as a result thereof. Jurisdiction is conferred on this court by 28 U.S.C. § 1333.
