This is a suit for patent infringement in which defendant has counterclaimed on the basis of violations of the anti-trust laws by the plaintiff. The case is before the Court on defendant's motion for an order, pursuant to Rule 34, F.R.Civ.P., for production of certain documents and to permit defendant's counsel to inspect and copy the same.
