SMITH, Justice.

Appellant has appealed from a judgment of conviction of the offense of issuing a bank check knowing that at the time of issuance he did not have sufficient funds or credit in the drawee bank to pay the check upon presentation.

Appellant assigns as error the failure of the trial court to grant his motion to dismiss at the conclusion of the State's case, and later to grant his motion for directed verdict, for the reason that the check was postdated...
