This is an action under Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act (the Act) Section 405(g) of Title 42, U.S.Code, to review a decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare (the Secretary) denying the plaintiff's application for the establishment under the Act of a period of disability and for the payment of disability benefits.
