Did the trial court abuse its judicial discretion by permitting the plaintiff to remove the minor children to Florida?

The statutory authority for revision of a divorce judgment insofar as custody of the children is concerned is contained in sec. 247.25, Stats.:

"The court may from time to time afterwards, on the petition of either of the parties and upon notice to the family court commissioner...
