This is a suit for damages based on alleged fraud in connection with a contract for the sale of a mobile home from appellant to appellee.

On trial of this case to the jury, the jury answered that appellant's employee, Billy Sellers, made certain material misrepresentations at the time the contract of sale was entered into, found that the mobile home, as represented to appellee, had a cash market value of $5,200.00, and that such mobile...
