CHRISTIE, District Judge:

This being a diversity action, jurisdiction is bestowed on this court by 28 U.S. C.A. § 1332. Plaintiffs in their complaint seek to recover for personal injury and property damages against the defendants resulting from a gas explosion at their home on February 23, 1963. The gas line was in the home when plaintiffs, Robert E. and Maxine Howard, acquired it by purchase in 1955. It appears to have been installed for a previous owner, defendants...
