This litigation arises out of a collision between a 1957 Chevrolet automobile and a 1953 pickup truck on Louisiana Highway 674 near New Iberia, Louisiana. Suit No. 1460 was instituted by the driver of the pickup truck, Willie Brown, and his guest passengers, against the driver of the automobile, Wilfred Raggette, and his insurer, Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company.
