Clement J. Schweinefuss, Robert Worthington, and Janie Worthington were jointly indicted, jointly tried, and all convicted of the offense of "pandering," denounced by KRS 436.040, and the offense of "aiding and abetting prostitution", contrary to the provisions of KRS 436.075(2).
