Libelant (appellee), Northwest Marine Ironworks, Inc., claims a maritime lien for repairs to the S. S. Omnium Freighter, respondent (appellant), based upon the provisions of 46 U.S.C.A. §§ 971 and 972. The repairs were made at libelant's shipyard in Portland, Oregon, in March 1963.
