The National Maritime Union of America (NMU) has petitioned to set aside an order of the National Labor Relations Board holding it to be in violation of Section 8(b) (4) (i) (ii) (B) of the Labor-Management Relations Act, 61 Stat. 136 (1947), as amended, 29 U.S. C. § 151 et seq.
