This action arises out of an automobile accident which occurred on U. S. Highway 90 on February 27, 1964.

On the date of the accident American Home Assurance Company had in effect an automobile physical damage policy on Chrysler Leasing Corporation, also known as Econo-Car International, Inc., of Detroit, Michigan, covering a 1964 Plymouth four-door sedan. This policy covered the damaged vehicle sued upon on the basis of the subrogation claim...
