COLEMAN, Justice.

This is a suit for damages by reason of personal injuries sustained by appellee when he was struck by the dome lid of a tank trailer which was being unloaded under air pressure.

The jury found that appellant was negligent in failing "to maintain the dome lid mechanism fastening device on the tank trailer in question in such a condition as the same would have been maintained by a person of ordinary prudence in the exercise of ordinary care...
