This case is before the Court at this time on the plaintiff's motion to amend the complaint. The complaint was filed November 30th, 1964. It recites that it is brought by the Secretary of Labor to enjoin the defendants from violating provisions of Section 15(a) (1), and (a) (2) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C. § 215(a) (1) and (2).
