TILLMAN PEARSON, Judge.

The appellant, Herbert Thompson, was indicted for the crime of first-degree murder and entered a plea of not guilty to the charge. Thereafter, during the progress of the trial, he voluntarily withdrew his plea of not guilty and entered a plea of guilty.
