We are, again, presented with a case involving the rights of way of the operators of two motor vehicles, arriving at an uncontrolled intersection at, or about, the same time. After an adverse jury verdict and the entry of judgment for costs against him, the plaintiff-appellant appeals.

He states his contentions as follows:
