Plaintiff sued her estranged husband for arrears due her for the maintenance and support of their two minor (natural) daughters from 1959 to 1962, under the provisions of a written property settlement agreement made between plaintiff and defendant. The lower Court, sitting as a Judge without a jury, entered judgment for plaintiff in the sum of $11,477.56, which was the difference...
