In this equitable action plaintiff-respondent sought to set aside a certain real estate mortgage, and the note secured thereby, on the ground, inter alia, of want of consideration. The note and mortgage were dated September 19, 1964, and were in the amount of $4,200, together with interest at six per cent per annum, payable one day after demand, both instruments being executed...
