OPINION SUR MOTION IN ARREST OF JUDGMENT

Before the court for consideration is defendant Allen Frank Kayfield's motion in arrest of judgment. Defendant was convicted at trial before a jury of the offense entitled: Sale of Vehicle with Defaced Number, in violation of the Act of April 29, 1959, P.L. 58, sec. 304, 75 PS §304.*
