This is a suit for damages for the death of a four year old child, Roger Allan Plunkett, who was killed when run over by an automobile belonging to and being operated by the defendant William Bryant Tice. Opal Louise Plunkett, the mother of the deceased child, qualified as administratrix of his estate and brought this suit as such administratrix.
