Appellant, the Town of Bono (hereinafter called "Bono"), sought judgment against Universal Tank & Iron Works, Inc.1 (hereinafter called "Universal") for $3000.00 as liquidated damages for breach of contract. Trial in the Circuit Court resulted in a finding and judgment for Universal; and Bono brings this appeal.
