This action, commenced in the Dakota County District Court January 11, 1963, arose out of an accident which occurred May 1, 1961, when a 1958 Chevrolet driven by defendant Theodore Wagner and registered in the name of defendant Bernard Wagner collided with plaintiff's automobile.
