This is a suit in tort by plaintiff, as administrator of the estate of his minor daughter, Sybil Ann Slayter, arising out of an automobile accident which occurred October 19, 1963, on U. S. Highway 167 about four miles south of Bentley, in Grant Parish. Miss Slayter was a passenger in a 1962 model Volkswagen automobile which was being driven by Freddie Chandler at the time of the accident. The automobile was owned by Freddie's father, Lavern Chandler...
