Andrew Y. Romero was an employee of the appellee, J. Ray McDermott Company, Inc., at its manufacturing plant in St. Mary Parish, Louisiana. While so employed, and in the course of his employment, he sustained an injury as the result of an accident for which he received workmen's compensation from the employer or its compensation insurance carrier.
