TATE, Judge.

The plaintiff was injured while a passenger in an automobile driven by the defendant Watson, which collided with a vehicle driven by McAdams, a codefendant. The plaintiff sues to recover for his personal injuries from these drivers and their liability insurers. The defendant Watson and his insurer alone were held liable in the amount of $32,417 by a trial jury, and these defendants appeal.
