Weldon Thomas Fruge instituted this suit against Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society to recover benefits alleged to be due plaintiff under a life insurance contract issued by defendant. Under this contract defendant insured the life of plaintiff's minor son, Ronald Anthony Frugé, now deceased, and plaintiff is named as the beneficiary.
