BSY Company, Inc., appellant, (hereinafter BSY) seeks to reverse a judgment obtained against it by Fuel Economy Engineering Company, Inc., appellee, (hereinafter Fuel) in a sum slightly in excess of $16,000 for claimed breach of contract.
