The complaint in this case was amended so as to exclude all counts except Count X, upon which the jury returned a verdict for plaintiff. The reporter will set out Count X.

This count alleges that defendant willfully or wantonly failed to provide certain working space, according to promise of defendant's alleged vice-principal, near the power house project upon which plaintiff was engaged by a general contractor to do some work as a subcontractor...
