Decedent, Diane Bradley, died on October 17, 1960, at the age of four, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Letters of administration were granted to Lucille Bradley, her mother, who instituted suit for damages against Warner Lafland in the County Court as of March term, 1962, no. 7152-B. The case was settled in the amount of $3,500, which was awarded to the administratrix.
