This is a suit by plaintiff (appellant) against defendant (appellee) charging him as an endorser of a promissory note. Judgment for defendant. Plaintiff appeals.

The original complaint consists of five counts. All counts except the fifth were withdrawn. Count V. is as follows:

"COUNT V. The plaintiff claims of the defendant $525.83 due on an indorsement of a promissory note drawn by J. W. Bailey and J. H. Bailey on August 1...
