Perry Edward Hudson, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged with Rape in the First Degree in the District Court of Tulsa County. He was tried by jury who found him guilty of the included offense of Rape in the Second Degree and assessed his punishment at fifteen years in the State Penitentiary.
