SNELL, Justice.

This is an action in equity by heirs and beneficiaries under decedent's will attacking transfers of property during decedent's life. The property involved consists of real estate with mineral rights and oil and gas royalty revenues in Texas, and bonds and bank accounts in Iowa, all transferred to defendants.
