We are here concerned with the construction to be given the "newly acquired automobile" provision in a policy of indemnity insurance.

Percy Killmer, while driving a 1956 Ford (purchased in March 1960), was involved (March 15, 1961) in a collision with a truck owned and driven by Vincent Giampapa, who, thereafter, brought an action for damages against Mr. and Mrs. Killmer.
