HOOD, Chief Judge:

In December 1961, appellant's operator's permit with its accompanying privilege to drive in the District of Columbia was revoked. He later moved to Virginia and as a Virginia resident obtained a valid Virginia operator's permit. In January 1965 appellant was arrested in the District of Columbia and charged with speeding and with operating a motor vehicle while his privilege to drive in the District of Columbia was revoked.
