Appellant, Connecticut Indemnity Company, has appealed from a judgment based upon a jury verdict in a workmen's compensation case awarding appellee payments for permanent total disability.

Although appellant has complained that there is no evidence to support the jury's answers to special issues finding total incapacity and that such total incapacity was permanent, appellant relies mainly upon its Points 2 and 4 complaining respectively that...
