1. The bill of exceptions certified by the trial judge was filed in the office of the clerk of the superior court on August 27, 1964. Under the law it should have been transmitted by him to the clerk of this court within 20 days of the date of filing. In fact, it was not transmitted to this court until December 28, 1964. The defendant in error has moved to dismiss the writ of error because of the delay...
