This is a suit brought by the plaintiffs, R. L. Ramey and wife, Nita Ramey, against the defendant, C. G. Richardson, to recover damages for personal injury and property damage resulting from an accident when plaintiffs' automobile struck a steer owned by defendant. Plaintiffs allege that on or about 2:30 a. m. on September 2, 1962, they were driving their automobile on U. S. Highway 385 and that a calf or steer owned by defendant suddenly walked...
