On March 1, 1961, claimant filed application for leave of absence due to pregnancy, the leave to commence on March 6, 1961, and extend to March 5, 1962. With approval of her employer, the employee-claimant left her duties March 6, 1961, although formal authorization of leave by the employer was not completed until March 27, 1961, and when so approved...
