The relator attacks the validity of his sentence (for firearms violation) of six to twenty-four months imposed by Judge GROSHENS upon the ground that he was not represented by counsel and did not intelligently waive counsel. The writ was dismissed by the court below and this court remanded for a hearing in the light of Gideon v. Wainwright,
