This is an action on a purported breach of warranty. There was a verdict and judgment for the plaintiff and the defendants prosecute this appeal.

The facts are that plaintiff entered into a contract with the defendants to buy from them all of the corporate stock of Farmington Transfer, Inc. This corporation was what is known as a short-line carrier operating from terminals in Farmington, Poplar Bluff...
