The State of Louisiana, through the Department of Highways, filed this suit to expropriate 3.99 acres situated in Section 37 T 6 S, R 1 E, Greensburg Land District, Parish of East Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, said property being located in the northeast corner of the intersection of Plank Road and Airline Highway and expropriated in connection with Project No. 7-09-29 Airline Highway-Plank Road Interchange. Plaintiff deposited the sum of $84,648.00...
