OPINION BY MR. JUSTICE JONES, January 5, 1965:

On March 22, 1957, Thomas Brennen and Mary S. Brennen were found dead in a third floor room of a "rooming-house" property owned by one Mary Sheridan and located at 1212 Buena Vista Street, Pittsburgh.
