This action was brought by one Thomas O'Connor under the Jones Act for injuries sustained by him while working as a seaman on defendant's vessel. The complaint sets forth counts in negligence, unseaworthiness, and for maintenance and cure. By agreement of the parties the question of maintenance and cure was left to the trial judge and he found for the defendant on this issue.
