SAVOY, Judge.

This is a workmen's compensation suit filed by plaintiff against defendant. For a cause of action plaintiff alleged that in April, 1964, while in the employ of defendant, he suffered an injury to his left foot; that in May, 1964, he suffered another injury to his right foot. He prayed for total and permanent disability because of physical injuries suffered in the accidents. Alternatively, he alleged that if he was not disabled by reason of physical injuries...
