Presented herein is the appeal of Julius E. Lindemann and Commercial Trades Institute, defendants in the trial court, from a judgment rendered against them upon a jury verdict in plaintiff's favor, in an action to recover damages for personal injuries received in an automobile accident which occurred under the following physical surroundings and circumstances hereafter related.
