Mrs. Fulwiler obtained a divorce from her husband and a division of property. Mr. Fulwiler has appealed from that part of the judgment dividing the property. A portion of the award to the wife was based upon the fact that community funds were used to improve the husband's separate real estate and the conclusion that she should be reimbursed therefor.
