The relator in a mandamus action has appealed the summary final judgment by which the alternative writ previously issued was quashed and the petition dismissed. There is no substantial dispute in the material facts, so the question presented for decision is exclusively one of law requiring an interpretation of the Florida Revenue Act of 1949
