Moulton, as Commissioner of the Department of Highways and Public Works of the State of Tennessee, to acquire 9840 square feet of land owned by the defendant, Brookside Mills, Incorporated, to be used in the construction of the North-South Expressway through Knoxville, Tennessee, known as Interstate 75.
