This began as a suit by a guardian to require an accounting. A fourth amended complaint prayed for cancellation of a lease. Under the terms of the lease the defendant operated a livestock ranch which was owned by the plaintiff's ward. Although the trial court refused to terminate the lease, it granted an accounting.
