In plaintiff's original petition filed in the Columbus Municipal Court on June 12, 1964, he alleged defendant's agreement with plaintiff to pay plaintiff $3,750 for obtaining a loan for defendant and alleged defendant's indebtedness to plaintiff in the amount of $13,215.44 for the furnishing and installation by plaintiff of certain carpet and carpet padding for defendant.
